For my final project in my costume construction class at the University of New Hampshire, I created my graduation dress from McCall’s pattern M5094.

 

I used 100% cotton fabric. The skills I learned through this project were making and turning out straps, gathering under the bust, altering, creating a lining, and adding in a zipper.
