Currently: Krista is performing and working at the Carousel Music Theater in Boothbay Harbor, Maine! She is playing Tilly in the 60's musical revue titled "Lights. Ladies. Legends!" and playing DeeDee in the interactive murder mystery musical "Flashback to Murder".
Krista Farrell is a performer based out of Southern Maine. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2024 with a B.A. in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance.
She started her theatrical journey as a Junior in high school, but has been dancing since the age of 4.
Her other professional credits include playing the Narrator in Rochester Opera House's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as well as Alan Menken's A Christmas Carol (Mrs. Cratchit/Mrs. Scrooge/Ens.), The Little Mermaid (Ens./ Mersister Swing), A Funny Thing . . . Forum (Panacea), The Sound of Music (Nun, Ens.), and Young Frankenstein (Ens.). She has also been seen performing at Hackmatack Playhouse in Mamma Mia and Rochester Studio Theatre Company's Di and Viv and Rose (Viv)
During two of her college summers, she also had the privilege of touring New England with UNH's Little Red Wagon Company. These shows were Molly McFolly & The Littlest Leprechaun as Molly McFolly and Treasure Island as the Squire/Billy Bones/Pirate.
